Welcome to MyDietingApp. By creating an account or using our website or Android app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Not medical advice

MyDietingApp is a tracking and coaching tool, not a medical service. The information, AI coaching, and recommendations provided are for general wellness and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet, fasting protocol, or exercise program — especially if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, have an eating disorder, diabetes, low blood pressure, kidney disease, or any other medical condition, or take any medication. Stop using the app and seek medical help if you feel unwell.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use MyDietingApp. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information so the coaching and calculations work correctly for you.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the subscription page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in the app at time of purchase and may change with notice.

5. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@mydietingapp.com.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or data not belonging to you.
• Interfere with the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates someone else's rights.

7. Your content & data

The data you enter belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Our intellectual property

The MyDietingApp name, logo, app design, content, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific health, weight, or fitness outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyDietingApp and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $50, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
